Applied Behavior Consultants, Inc. (www.abcreal.com) is looking to for a PAYROLL person to add to the team! This is a full time position (MONDAY - FRIDAY). Health benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision. ESOP Company. Paid Holidays. Personal Day. Vacation Accrual.

Payroll
  • Process semi-monthly Payroll
  • Process final checks
  • Act as back up for Payroll Coordinator
  • Assist Payroll Coordinator if needed with any projects
  • Calculate hours owed at appropriate rates
  • Enter payroll into Paychex
  • Place paychecks, inserts, and expense checks (if applicable) into envelopes
Billing
  • Sort activity sheets by client last name and level of service
  • Adjust any activity sheets that need to be changed to bill hours worked on case
  • Track all adjustments made to activity sheets and why they were made
  • Create invoice(s) in Cougar Mountain Denali system
  • Email Director, Office Manager, and Department staff in regard to billing
  • Reconcile any outstanding amounts
General Office Duties
  • Answer any phone inquiries and redirect calls
  • Assist ABC employees
  • Greet, assist, and direct visitors
  • Work on special projects from HR, Insurance Team, and Payroll Team
  • Create FedEx shipments and track (if necessary)

ABC School (Applied Behavior Consultants, Inc.) in Sacramento, CA is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated professional to join our teaching staff! ABC School is a non-public school dedicated to meeting the individual needs of children with moderate to severe disabilities in Preschool through 8th grade. ABC School offers classroom instruction and intensive behavioral treatment within a language based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) educational environment.

ABC School classroom teachers are responsible for running self-contained classrooms of up to 12 students. Teachers will use knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis, Common Core standards, child development, and grade level instruction to assess students, create meaningful IEP goals as part of a multi-disciplinary team, modify curriculum and develop effective lesson plans, collect data to track and report upon student performance, and train classroom staff to implement effective teaching and behavior intervention strategies. A successful applicant will have strong communication skills in order to effectively lead a classroom team, collaborate with supervisors, and maintain relationships with families. An applicant need not have prior experience in the field of ABA, but all ABC School employees must have a willingness to learn and apply new information as ongoing training and supervision is an inherent part of our program.

Qualifications for an ABC Teacher are to possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Hold a valid California Education Specialist Credential with a Moderate to Severe specialization OR Mild to Moderate specialization with an Autism authorization OR be an Intern Credential eligible candidate currently pursuing your credential through an accredited institution.

A DOJ fingerprint clearance and background check, and immunizations are required.
