Bay Area Staff
The Behavior Analysts and Teachers on ABC's
staff all have University degrees and academic training
in Applied Behavior Analysis. Additionally, ABC
has a comprehensive Continuing Education Program and
an extensive supervision structure which includes PhD’s,
licensed Psychologists as well as Board Certified Behavior
Analysts.

Steve
Richardson, BA/BCABA

Mr. Richardson holds a degree from
Western Michigan University with an emphasis in Behavior
Analysis. He has been working in the field for twelve
years. He
is currently the Regional Director in the Bay Area. This
covers the East Bay, San Francisco and parts of the South
Bay. He is responsible in overseeing in-home behavioral
assessments, developing behavior intervention plans,
classroom consultation, parent training, and consultation
with care homes and adult day programs. He has held positions
as teacher, and has worked as the Clinical Supervisor
for ABC School in Sacramento. Mr. Richardson has
conducted workshops on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
and the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS)
with parents, school district employees, care givers
and other professionals. He currently supervises
Consultants who work with parents, teachers, care providers
and other professionals. Mr.
Richardson has also assisted in the establishing of a
school for children diagnosed with autism in Wuhan, China.
He currently is providing consultation for early intensive
treatment programs with children in Romania and has conducted
workshops at conferences in the Philippines, China, France,
Romania, and South Africa.

Daryl Stewart holds a B.A. from Western
Michigan University with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis
and is a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst.
Ms. Stewart is currently the Program Manager for ABC’s
in-home ABA services. She has served as Behavior
Consultant and Senior Behavior Consultant in the past
three years at ABC. Ms. Stewart conducts behavioral
assessments for early intervention in-home programs for
children on the Autism Spectrum. In addition she has
developed social skills and generalization training programs
in-home for developmentally disabled children and adults.
as well as, ABA consultation in adult day programs, schools,
and care homes.
