The Behavior Analysts and Teachers on ABC's
staff all have University degrees and academic training
in Applied Behavior Analysis. Additionally, ABC has
a comprehensive Continuing Education Program and an extensive
supervision structure which includes PhD’s, licensed
Psychologists as well as Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Maridith Resendez
Gutierrez is a
Regional Director for Applied Behavior Consultants,
Inc. in charge of the nonpublic school in Ontario
as well as the Infant/Toddler programs at both
sites. She assisted in the start
of services in the Southern California area in 2001 and
has held a variety of positions at Applied Behavior Consultants,
Inc. including Behavior Consultant, Senior Behavior Consultant,
and Director. She has been working with children
diagnosed with autism for over 11 years during which
time she has provided direct intervention to a number
of children, trained tutors, created and supervised ABA
programs both in-home and in school settings, conducted
parent training, and created new programs to serve the
growing needs of the developmentally disabled population. Ms.
Resendez-Gutierrez has conducted a variety of workshops
for both training and information purposes for parents,
school districts, as well internationally, conducting
a multiple day workshop for professionals and parents
in Moscow, Russia. She is finishing her Masters
of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Cloud
State University where she is completing her thesis focusing
on TAG Teaching (Teaching with Acoustical Guidance). She
is a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis
as well as the California chapter and has presented at
both conferences on multiple occasions.

Molina, BA
Supervising Behavior Analyst
Xochitl Molina is the Supervising Behavior
Analyst.
She has been working for Applied Behavior
Consultants, Inc. since November 2004 and has held positions
as a tutor, behavior consultant, and senior behavior
consultant. In September 2008 she began attending California
State University, Los Angeles in the Masters program
in Counseling with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Monica Lopez is currently
a teacher for ABC, Inc. She has
a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services. She also
has a Child Development Master Teacher Permit and Internship
Education Specialist Instruction Credential for Moderate/Severe
Disabilities.
Gabriel
Martinez, BA
Teacher
Gabriel Martinez is a
Teacher for ABC School in Ontario, CA. Gabriel
began working for ABC in September 2005 and teaching
in August 2006. He currently holds a Level I teaching
credential from the state of California in Moderate/Severe
Learning Disabilities and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in
Social Science. He
is enrolled at Point Loma Nazarene University in Arcadia,
CA where he anticipates attaining his Level II teaching
credential and Master’s degree in Moderate/Severe
Learning Disabilities in the summer of 2009.
