Sacramento Staff

The Behavior Analysts and Teachers on ABC's staff all have University degrees and academic training in Applied Behavior Analysis. Additionally, ABC has a comprehensive Continuing Education Program and an extensive supervision structure which includes PhD’s, licensed Psychologists as well as Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Clinical Administrator

Mari Ueda-Tao, M.A., B.C.B.A.
Clinical Administrator of Northern California



Mrs. Ueda-Tao is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Behavior Analysis from the University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA. She is currently the Clinical Administrator for Northern California, covering both the Sacramento and East Bay offices. She heads the Community Services and Infant/Toddler Programs at ABC, Inc., and is responsible for in-home behavioral assessments and developing behavior intervention plans for children and adults with developmental disabilities, specializing in the treatment of Autism. In addition, Mrs. Ueda-Tao has conducted training sessions on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including Positive Programming for Parents, skill teaching techniques, and in-home behavior intervention strategies. She has experience in clinically supervising a number of behavior consultants, specializing in early, intensive intervention techniques, including comprehensive work with infant/toddler age ranges. Mrs. Ueda-Tao is a member of the national and state-levels of the Association for Behavior Analysis. She current serves as the International Liaison for ABC and has trained a number of teachers and parents on the implementation of ABA principles with children with Autism in Algeria, Bahrain, Ethiopia, France, Iceland, Philippines, Portugal, Romania, Singapore and Vienna.

Kristen Silliman completed her Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Psychology at California State University, Sacramento. She is a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst since 2007. She is finishing her Master's of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University, Sacramento where she is working with Dr. Becky Penrod and Dr. Caio Miguel on completing her thesis focusing on Functional Analysis procedures. She is a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis as well as the California chapter where she has presented at several conferences. Mrs. Silliman started working at ABC in 2005. She is currently a Program Manager, assisting with supervision of in-home and center based cases. She is responsible for behavioral assessments and developing behavior intervention plans for children and adults with developmental disabilities, specializing in the treatment of autism. In addition, she has conducted training sessions on ABA, including Positive Programming for Parents, skill teaching techniques, and new technician training workshops. She has experience in clinically supervising a number of Behavior Consultants, specializing in early, intensive intervention techniques. Internationally, Mrs. Silliman has served as the Behavior Consultant for Early Intensive Behavioral treatment programs in Romania.


Robyn Matsumoto, B.A.

Ms. Matsumoto has been working with children with special needs and specializing in children diagnosed with Autism since 2003. She obtained her Bachelors of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is currently enrolled in the Early Childhood Special Education credential program and Special Education Masters degree program, to be completed by Spring 2010, at California State University, Sacramento. Ms. Matsumoto has worked at ABC Inc. for over three years, one year providing in-home consultation and two years as Teacher in the Infant/ Toddler Development Program. She is currently the Site Administrator (supervisor) for the Infant/ Toddler Development Program and Center-Based Early Intervention Behavioral Treatment Program. Ms. Matsumoto creates, implements, and troubleshoots lessons and behavior plans to meet each student’s individual needs. She trains parents on ABC’s Positive Programming for Parents (parent training), teaching Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to implement and generalize outside of their school program. Ms. Matsumoto is a member of California’s Association for Behavior Analysis and has presented on studies from the Infant/ Toddler program.

Dr. Wong received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 2007 from The California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University, San Diego, California. Dr. Wong has over of 11 years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She has held the positions of Technician, Teacher, Supervising Behavior Analyst, and Senior Supervising Behavior Analyst during her time with Applied Behavior Consultants (ABC), Inc. Dr. Wong is currently the Quality Control Administrator of ABC Schools in Ontario and Sacramento, California. Her role is to ensure we are in alignment with our mission to provide the highest quality services to our staff and clients. She clinically supervises programs for the students at ABC including lesson implementation and progression, functional assessments, and behavior intervention plans for students' ages 3-18 years. She is also certified as a Behavior Intervention Case Manager (BICM) through a local SELPA. Dr. Wong has conducted trainings on the principles of ABA for staff, school district employees, and parents. Dr. Wong clinically supervises and trains a number of ABC School staff including, Directors, Supervising Behavior Analysts, Teachers, Lead Technicians, and Technicians. Dr. Wong has provided ABA trainings and consultation services internationally in Bahrain and France. Dr. Wong's experience in this field includes work in research settings, district school sites, and in-home services. She is a member of the International Association for Behavior Analysis.


Senior Supervising Behavior Analyst

Mrs. Madden-Solliday
received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz and is a credentialed special education teacher, moderate to severe.  She is also a certified Tag Teach instructor, and a certified ProACT (Professional Assault Crises Training) trainer. Mrs. Madden-Solliday clinically oversees four classrooms of students ranging from 3-18 years of age.  She began working at ABC in February, 2004. During her time with ABC, she has held the positions of program implementer as well as a trainer of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and it is this varied experience that she draws from when training others.  Mrs. Madden-Solliday has conducted numerous trainings for ABC, Inc. including technician and teacher training. In 2006, she presented her research on the use of Tag Teach for children diagnosed with Autism at the Annual Western Regional Conference for the California Association for Behavior Analysis (CalABA). More recently, Mrs. Madden-Solliday has traveled internationally to assist in setting up ABC’s behavioral school in Lisbon, Portugal.
