The Behavior Analysts and Teachers on ABC's
staff all have University degrees and academic training
in Applied Behavior Analysis. Additionally,
ABC has a comprehensive Continuing Education Program
and an extensive supervision structure which includes
PhD’s, licensed Psychologists as well as Board
Certified Behavior Analysts.
Regional Director
Susan Riggs-Wright, MA/MFT/BCBA/BICM
Clinical Administrator of Central Valley California
Susan Riggs-Wright is the Regional
Director of In-home ABA services, overseeing the programs
of approximately 30 children currently receiving in-home behavioral
therapy. Additionally, she is the Director of a
center based program in Central Valley which provides
an Infant/Toddler program for children under the age
of 3, and Intensive Early Intervention behavior
therapy to children ranging in ages from 3 to 5. She
holds a Masters Degree in Psychology with an emphasis
in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is a licensed Marriage
Family Therapist and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Susan participates in numerous ongoing trainings in her
field and has over 13 years of experience in the field
of behavior analysis, specializing in behavior intervention
for children with autistic spectrum disorders.

Donovan Chapa is a Board Certified Associate
Behavior Analyst who has worked in the field of ABA (Applied
Behavior Analysis) for the past 12 and a half years,
and has been employed by ABC for the past 11 years. Prior
to his employment with ABC, he worked as a tutor and
lead tutor under the supervision of ABC consultants,
as a therapist with developmentally delayed adults, and
with schizophrenic adults in a halfway home. During
his time with ABC, he has served in supervisory positions
in both the Central Valley and Sacramento regions, and
eventually rose to his current position as a Central
Valley Program Manager. He has had the fortune
to work with a variety of children/young adults with
different diagnosis and levels of severity. Mr.
Chapa works collaboratively with families, districts,
and other agencies throughout central California.
Cindy Lopez,

Cindy Lopez has
a Master's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in
Behavior Analysis from the University of the Pacific.
She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has over
10 years of experience providing behavior intervention
services for special needs children in classrooms and
in-home. She is currently the In-home Program
Manager for ABC, Inc. in Central Valley
